Quality Assurance Plan (QAP)

Our Quality Assurance Program (QAP) defines a tailored approach to In-Process Quality as a vehicle for producing quality deliverables and services for each task order. The objective of our In-Process Quality process is to build quality into all deliverables and services, utilizing detection and removal of defects as early as possible to identify corrective actions for preventing defect recurrence and promoting process improvement. The measurements used on each individual task order are defined in that task order’s Program Management Plan (PMP). These measures are chosen to provide visibility of the effectiveness of the Q/A processes being employed on the program. The measures also allow our program managers to promptly detect negative trends in any of our processes used and implement corrective measures.
